Mangino’s

Mangino’s is a Table Service restaurant that is open for dinner from 5pm -10pm every day. Here you can find some of THE best values on Disney property. It is an Italian style restaurant with steak and seafood options. You can get the House Special, which is a Surf & Turf of a 4oz Tenderloin with either Crab Legs for $30 or Shrimp for $28!! Either way, this is cheaper than most Surf & Turf options at any restaurant (and not even just at Disney!). The restaurant is very large and is almost never busy. It’s a great spot to have dinner on your arrival day or if you’re looking for a break from the parks and want a quiet, enjoyable meal.

Evergreens Sports Bar

Evergreens Sports Bar is a gastropub-style restaurant that is technically a Lounge but could be considered a Quick Service restaurant. The prices are very reasonable and the food is great. Evergreens has a take-out window where you can order food from while you’re lounging by the pool and has plenty of indoor seating where you can sit and enjoy your food, a cocktail and maybe even a game on one of their many tv’s.

Express Cafe

Located downstairs just before the Bus Stop is the Express Cafe. This is my go-to spot in the morning for breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches are not only huge and can easily be shared between 2 people, but ALL of the options are only $7! For lunch, all of the sandwiches are only $12 and come with a bag of chips. And again, the sandwiches are definitely shareable between 2 people.

The Java Cafe is located right in the main lobby of Shades of Green. This is where you can get your morning cup of Starbucks before heading into the parks and maybe grab a pastry or muffin with it. The Express Cafe also has some tasty treats for those with a sweet tooth. The Build Your Own Brownie Sundae is monstrous and is at an unbelieve price of $8!! You can also get delicious handcrafted ice cream and even beer and wine for the adults who want to sit and relax after a long day of walking around.

Chip ‘n’ Dale Deli

And finally is the Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Deli. It is technically a Disney owned restaurant but it is accessible to Shades of Green Resort guests. This is a Quick Service location, located directly behind the Magnolia Pool. Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Deli offers lunch combos that come with your choice of sandwich or wrap, a bag of chips and a drink (soft drink or a domestic beer). This is a great spot to grab lunch while you’re hanging out by the pool and don’t want to walk all the way to Evergreens Sports Bar. This location does advertise that it has a full bar as well as many other non-alcoholic drinks like Monster Energy Drink®, POWERade®, and Joffrey’s® Coffee. And because this location is a Disney owned restaurant, Disney gift cards can be used to pay for your meals.
